All of the office chairs listed on this website are made in the U.S.A.  Below is a breakdown of the steps we take to upholster our 709 Captains Chair.

   After the frame is assembled, painted and inspected it is sprung up with four 9 gauge steel bouncy springs. 

Next, a layer of Duon is applied to the seat and back.

After that, the poly-foam is applied.

Lastly, the upholstery material is added per the customers order.
