warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship

for a period of five years from the date of initial shipment.

This warranty is made by Williams Furniture Industries only to purchasers 

acquiring our products directly through authorized dealers or from others

specifically authorized by Williams Furniture Industries to sell our products.  

Williams Furniture Industries' warranty is valid only if the products are 

given normal and proper use.  This warranty does not apply to products 

sustaining damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations or 

negligent use of our products.

Because of natural variation of materials over which Williams Furniture 

Industries has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, grain, 

or texture of wood and upholsteries.

There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, 

either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability of

fitness for any particular purpose.  Williams Furniture Industries shall not be 

liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from products, 

non-delivery or other breach by Williams Furniture Industries.
