Williams Furniture Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of initial shipment. 

This warranty is made by Williams Furniture Industries only to purchasers acquiring our products directly through authorized paying dealers or distributors.   

Williams Furniture Industries’ obligation and purchaser’s claim pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement at Williams Furniture Industries’ options. The customer must provide a suitable carton, pay the shipping charges and return the product to Williams Furniture Industries.  If the claim is a valid warranty claim, Williams Furniture Industries will repair the product at no charge and pay for the shipping costs to return the product to the purchaser.    

Williams Furniture Industries’ warranty is valid only if the products are given normal and proper use.  This warranty does not apply to products sustaining damages resulting from the misuse, abuse, alteration or negligent use of our products.  This warranty does not cover buttons, tacks or the wear or damage to vinyl, leather, fabric or wood.   

Because of the natural variation of materials over which Williams Furniture Industries has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, grain or texture of wood and upholsteries. 

There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.  Williams Furniture Industries shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from products, non-delivery or other breach by Williams Furniture.
